Door Creek Workdays
On October 17th, the Office of Lakes and Watersheds, Friends of Lake Kegonsa Society, and Capitol Water Trails will begin restoration efforts in the Door Creek Watershed. Volunteers will clear downed trees and remove trash along the stream bank. Volunteers can meet at the HWY MN bridge at 8:45 am and the workday runs from 9 am to 12 pm. Dunn Heritage Park Project
In the coming months, the Town of Dunn will be undertaking multiple park improvement projects at Dunn Heritage Park. These projects include removing invasive species, planting native plants, installing culverts, creating a couple of parking spots, installing a canoe/kayak launch, and installing shoreline rip rap.
Any residents with question regarding this project are encouraged to call the Town Hall at 838-1081.

Shared Table Free Community Meals is held weekly on Thursdays at the Family Life Center of McFarland Lutheran Church on the corner of Marsh Rd and CTH MN (Broadhead Street). Doors open at 5:00 PM and meals are served from 5:30 to 6:30 pm. Please click here for a brochure.
Town Hall Hours: Monday - Friday | 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
When schools close the Town Hall may close to reduce traffic and support snow removal. Call ahead if you are in doubt.
